Just click on “Order shipping bag” and order your shipping bag with it pass. We will send you your shipping bag immediately. Of course free of charge. Should you already get a folder from us, go on to the step 2.
2. Edelmetall versenden
Follow the instructions in the enclosed shipping bag.
Um Verlust beim Sendungsprozess zu vermeiden, empfehlen wir ausschließlich unser Versandmaterial zu verwenden.
3. Get your payment and/or donation receipt
As soon as we have analysed your entry using the most modern analysis methods (e.g. fluorescence analysis), you will receive the amount by cheque or bank transfer to your account. If you wish, you will of course receive a donation receipt.
Important note: for a quantity of more than 30g please contact us for security reasons for a free pick-up on your premises by a courier. For a smaller quantity we recommend DHL Express letter/parcel service, because these are then insured for 500 €.
