Automatic blank changer
(ARW)
The DWX-52DCi is equipped with an automatic 6-position blank changer that can load blanks of 98.5 mm of different (or the same) materials. Continuous milling of countless dental restorations without having to stop the milling process, resend job data and change blanks while milling continues. Completely automated operation, combined with the increased capacity, allows unattended milling of various materials, 24 hours a day.
Automatic tool changer
(AWW)
To minimize preparation time and effort, the DWX-52DCi is equipped with an automatic tool changer that automatically replaces cutters without interrupting production. Up to 15 cutters can be used for efficient milling of a wide range of materials, including zirconia, wax, PMMA, composite (in discs and in block form*), PEEK, gypsum, CoCr sintered metal and fiberglass-reinforced resin.
LED status display
Other convenient features include an LED status indicator for the operating status, as well as a practical storage compartment for milling cutters and other accessories.
5-axis milling
The robust and stable ball screw system mills high-quality, complex dental restorations. The simultaneous rotation and swiveling of the blanks with the help of 5 movable axes enables the milling of deep undercuts, bridges and.
Automatic compressed air system
The compressed air system automatically adjusts the air volume to the material being milled, thus avoiding air regulation errors during milling

Easily replaceable spindle
The DWX-52DCi uses spindles that can be changed in minutes - no need for a technician. No special tools, no testing, no training required.
Simple operation
With the intuitive Virtual Machine Panel (VPanel), worn cutters are automatically displayed and replaced with a sister tool.(Intelligent Tool Changer function), and you can perform device diagnostics and calibrations with just a few clicks. You are informed of the work status by e-mail. Rework time is reduced by removing dust from the surface of milled materials such as zirconia. The DWX-52DCi has an integrated ionizer that minimizes static charge. This keeps milling residues, which occur when working with materials such as PMMA, to a minimum
Connectivity for multiple devices
For labs that have a larger production requirement, up to 4 DWX-52DCi dental milling units can be connected to one computer.
Open architecture
The DWX-52DCi's open architecture allows you to continue using the CAD/CAM software your technicians are already familiar with. You can continue to work as usual with your CAD/CAM software, scanners and other accessories.
