Just click on “Order shipping bag” to order your shipping bag. We will send you your shipping bag and required forms immediately. free of charge, of course. If you've already received your folder containing the forms, please go on to step 2.
2. Send us the precious metals
Follow the instructions in the enclosed shipping bag.
To minimize errors that can occur during shipment, we advise you to utilize the shipping material provided to you by us.
3. Get your payment and/or donation receipt
As soon as we have analysed your entry using the most modern analysis methods (e.g. fluorescence analysis), you will receive the amount by check or bank transfer to your account. If you wish, you will of course receive a donation receipt.
Important note: for a quantity of more than 30g please contact us for security reasons for a free pick-up on your premises by a courier. For a smaller quantity we recommend DHL Express letter/parcel service, because they will be insured for 500 €.
